Creatine

Creatine is a body-building substance that weight lifters often use to build muscle.  Whether you are a weight lifter or not, it is worthwhile taking creatine to help your body repair itself.  Our bodies gradually wear out as we get older, and we also do not digest food as well when we get past 40.  So, it makes sense to take supplements in order to rebuild ourselves before we land up in a doctor's office.

The best creatine I have found is called N.O.-Xplode.  You can get it at GNC stores and many other places in bulk powder form.  You simply mix the flavored powder in water and drink it.  I like to add Coke to mine to make it taste even better.  In addition to building muscle, N.O.-Xplode has ingredients that enhance sexual prowess as well.  Thus, you solve two problems with one drink!  You should probably start out with a small quantity at first to be certain you do not have any adverse reactions, though.
